DePern0, advisedCounty Executive, Anthony J. Picente, Jr., that allowances presently received by the CountyClerk' s Office do not adequately compensate for the collection of such tax receipts, andWHEREAS, Current costs associated with the collection of mortgage tax receipts are estimated to be$481 ,641.00 and the County Clerk is therefore requesting authorization to receive such amountfrom anticipated mortgage tax receipts for 2018, now, therefore, be it herebyRESOLVED, That the Oneida County Clerk is entitled to retain the Sum of S481,641.00 from the collection Ofthe 2018 mortgage tax receipts for the County of Oneida, and it is furtherRESOLVED, That the Oneida County Clerk is authorized to annually retain the actual costs to that departmentfor collecting such mortgage tax receipts from mortgage tax prcreeds in accordance with Article

nt to a Purchase of Services Agreement between OneidaCounty, through its Department of Mental Health, and Center for Family Life and Recovery,Inc., andWHEREAS, That pursuant to a Purchase of Sen•ices Agreement entered into between Oneida County andCenter for Family Life and Recovery, Inc. on April 18, 2017, Center for Family Life andRecovery, Inc. agreed to provide Alcohol Prevention & Education, Mentally Ill Chemical Abuse(MICA) Network, Self Help, and Advocacy, with a term commencing January 1, 2017 andending December 31, 2017 (the "Agreement"), andWHEREAS, As a result of an increase in funding, Oneida County and Center for Family Life and Recovery,Inc. need to amend the Agreement to reflect an increase in OASAS State Aide funding in thesum of $49,235.00, COLA adjustment of S125.oo, and County funding of $50,000.00, andWHEREAS, This Amendment will result in a new gross amount of $378,837.00 for the term of theAgreement, andWHEREAS, In accordance with Oneida County Charter Section 2202, said Amendment must be approved bythe Oneida County Board Of Legislators, now, therefore, be it herebyRESOLVED, That the Oneida County Board of Legislators hereby authorizes and accepts an Amendment to aPurchase of Services Agreement between Oneida County, its Department of MentalHealth, and Center for Family Life and Recovery, Inc., with a term commencing January l, 2017and ending December 31 , 2017.
