CONSENT ITEM 1. Approval of the PC December 13, 2017 Meeting Minutes, Joint DRC/PC December 20, 2017, and Joint DRC/PC January 17, 2018 Meeting Minutes. RECOMMENDED ACTION Approved, as presented. CONCEPTUAL ITEM DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE PLANNING COMMISSION 2. PROJ-11655 Request for Conceptual Design Review for a 2.5 story mixed use development containing 45 residential units with a 545 square-foot corner caf and an interior courtyard. The project also includes a semi- sunken subterranean 45-space parking garage, private patio/decks, and private community amenities including a rooftop terrace, fitness room, club amenity room, beach gear and bike storage, and a dog run on a 0.51 acre vacant site located at the 918 East Thompson Boulevard; Daly Group, applicant; Thompson Corridor (T4.4) zone.
