COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION LIAISON ASSIGNMENTS Staff will provide Commissioners with a detailed overview of the liaison positions established to fulfill the Commission s responsibility to oversee and coordinate with community groups pursuant to the City Council s directive. Commissioners will select primary and alternate liaison assignments for 2018-19.
CALIFORNIA ACTION PLAN CALIFORNIA PARKS AND RECREATION SOCIETY (CPRS) Staff will provide the California Parks and Recreation Society s - California Action Plan (CAP) for the Commissioners review. The CAP was formulated from feedback of over 15,000 CPRS leaders, members, students, and researchers.
MOVE LOCATION AND ADJUST TIME OF THE JUNE 20, 2018, COMMUNITY SERVICES REGULAR COMMISSION MEETING Staff recommends that the June 20, 2018, Community Services Commission Regular Meeting be moved to the Tustin Area Senior Center (TASC) Boardroom and begin at 5:00 p.m.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the meeting time change and relocation and direct staff to post the appropriate and mandated notice stating the new meeting time and location.
COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION STRATEGIC PLAN FACILITIES TOUR CITY PARKS AND FACILITIES DURING THE SUMMER Each July, the Community Services Commission tours the City of Tustin parks and facilities to assist them with updating future Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) and develop priority lists for submittal to the City Council for consideration of funding.
