projects in the Ashland and Cherryland Business District Specific Plan Area and amendments allowing reduced residential density for some mixed-use projects within the Eden Area General Plan Area. An Environmental Impact Report Addendum has been prepared for each proposed amendment in conformance with California Environmental Quality Act Section 15162.

East County Board of Zoning Adjustments: Declared the property in violation of the Alameda County Zoning Ordinance Section 17.06 related to operating a business, importing dirt, or other dirt acceptance facility that is not listed as a permitted use under 17.06. Planning Staff recommendation: Uphold the decision of the East County Board of Zoning Adjustments,
