These property tax increases paid for new school buildings and enhanced educational and municipal services. The quality of public education and
municipal government in Concord is very high. In the 2016 Town Government Survey Report , 92 percent of respondents rated overall quality of services from Town government good or excellent. At the same time, there are indications that the Town s social and economic diversity, a definer of town character many of Concord s residents consider to be very important, may be eroding.
