Twelve (12) written approvals and forty-six (46) written protests have been received for this case. Initially, there were forty-nine (49) protests,

however, three (3) protests were rescinded once the final proposed rezoning conditions were enumerated in the Zoning Examiners' report. Thirteen (13) of the protests lie within the 150 foot protest area resulting in a protest by area of 31.1 percent, and a protest by lots of 50.0 percent.
