a) Review and accept the 2018-19 Living Wage Ordinance ( LWO ) Annual Report; b) consider approving a 3.0 Cost of Living Adjustment ( COLA )
effective January 1, 2020; and c) conduct first reading of an Ordinance amending Marin County Code Section 2.50.050 pertaining to the Living Wage Rate.

11f. Request to Authorize the Executive Director to exercise option to purchase one three bedroom unit in Mill Valley (APN-030-301-07), for placement
in the Below Market Rate ( BMR ) Housing Program managed by the Marin Housing Authority, from SKS Holdings, Inc./PV Tiburon LLC, for an amount not-to-exceed 250,000; and approve related actions as detailed in staff report dated October 15, 2019.
Recommended actions: (a) Adopt Resolution 07-2019 approving the purchase of tax-defaulted property; (b) authorize execution of Agreement to Purchase
tax-defaulted property; and (c) authorize the Housing Authority to utilize 58,982.90 from the Housing Authority's line of credit as a temporary loan to fund the acquisition of the unit.

CA-1 Board of Supervisors: a. Request for In Memoriam adjournments as requested by Board Members during Board
of Supervisors' matters. b. Appointments: Request to schedule the following appointments: i. County Service Area ( CSA ) 6 Advisory Board - Gallinas
Creek Schedule appointment for November 5, 2019, for term expiration of Ellen Stein. ii. County Service Area ( CSA ) 33 Advisory Board - Stinson Beach Schedule appointments for November 19, 2019, for three term expirations of Lance
c. Request to (i) authorize President to execute Intergovernmental Agreement ( 19-96221) with the California Department of Health Care Services, in
the amount of 13,740,120; and (ii) adopt corresponding resolution authorizing the Director of Health and Human Services to execute the agreement and related documents, to provide Drug/Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System services.
d. Authorize President to (i) execute purchase agreement (MN-01-2019) with CalSAWS Consortium in the amount of 190,853, for extension of ongoing
production operations of the PA Contact Center; and (ii) execute purchase agreement (MN-02-2019) with the CalSAWS Consortium to purchase eighteen (18) wireless headsets in the amount of 5,642.
CB-2 Probation: Request to (a) authorize President to execute agreement with Seneca Family of Agencies,
in the amount of 137,066, to provide School Works Initiative Program services to support programming aimed at diverting youth who have committed low
level offenses from initial or subsequent contact with the juvenile justice system; and (b) approve related budget adjustments as detailed in staff report dated October 15, 2019.
