DETERMINATION OF QUORUM Chair McClelland called the meeting to order at 6:05pm and determined there was a quorum.

CITIZENS CONCERNS/COMMENTS Tim Wells- 18679 Vineyard Point LN, Cornelius, NC. Mr. Wells introduced himself and informed the board of his interest in

becoming a new HPC member.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES The Committee unanimously approved the November 14th, 2019 minutes.

Motion: Approve, moved by Julie Miller, Seconded by Joe Purdy, Passed. 5-0. Committee Members voting Yes: Kathryn, Joe, Walter, David and Julie

Designated Properties Previously the Committee members presented their short list of properties they wish to have designated. After discussion the

committee agreed to the following 17 properties:

The Committee agreed to have Ms. Miller and Mr. Stockwell work on drafting a letter to send out to the potential properties.

Black History Month Ms. Adams announced that Jody Clark from the Town's PARC department informed her that they are in need of volunteers for the

Celebration, which is on Saturday February 1st from 1-3pm.

Announcement Chair McClelland asked for members to think about projects to work on discuss for future meetings.

The Committee discussed hosting a spring Big Dig on April 25th at Mt. Zion Church. The Committee discussed other potential properties.

Chair McClelland announced that Cindi Ferguson resigned. The Committee has three open seats. The Committee will start conducting interviews soon to

fill those open seats.

ADJOURNMENT By unanimous vote, the meeting adjourned at 7:27 p.m.
