4n. Consider reclassifying the Assistant to the Town Manager ( 9) position at PG 352 ( 44,588 to 69,733) to an Administrative Assistant at PG 348 (

36,683 to 57,370). As this position is currently filled, it is requested that this be approved effective February 24, 2020 when the position becomes vacant.

Attributable funds for Bellingham Park Greenway Extension Project TIP EB-5787 and amend the project ordinance budgets accordingly. The agreement requires a local match of 888,800 (20 ) for a total budget of 4,444,000. The project ordinance budgets will be amended as follows:
