feedback indicates that their work is acceptable. We have received an executed E-Verify form and have reviewed their bid for accuracy.

RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CLERK TO INVESTIGATE A PETITION FOR NON-CONTIGUOUS ANNEXATION

UNDER G.S. 160A-58.1

WHEREAS, a petition requesting a non-contiguous annexation of a 153.17+/- acre area described in said petition as property owned by Village of

Cumnock, LLC (A portion of property with Tax Property Identification Number: 9635-04-5989-00) was received on November 1, 2019 by the City of Sanford; and

WHEREAS, G.S. 160A-58.2 provides that the sufficiency of the petition shall be investigated by the City Clerk before further annexation proceedings
