11. Reselling Plots at the Cemetery The City Clerk will lead a discussion on whether the city will allow individuals to resell a plot to a

third-party.

12. *Resolution for Franchise Fee The Georgia Municipal Association recommends that the city adopt a resolution to set the franchise rate for cable

or video providers

utilizing the city s rights-of-way at 5 of the gross revenues these providers receive from doing business in Oxford. We have attached a copy of the
